My Story
I love pretty desserts. For as long as I can remember, I have been in love with beautiful foods. I started out with the basics like cookies, and brownies, then moved onto cakes. One day I was browsing pictures of foods looking for something new to try and I came across an entremet. I can’t remember exactly which one it was but seeing a small dessert that was filled with so many different components was when I knew what I wanted to do.
I became fascinated with European-style desserts. I put my all into learning about French pastries: their history, flavors, techniques, and style. It has become my passion, and I hope to share these desserts so more people can fall in love with them too.
